(TBA News) Today, the long-expected happened – Israel attacked Iran. That was not a surprise attack. For at least 24 hours, the U.S. was very publicly moving staff out of regional locations, and the U.S. Ambassador to Israel was not even hiding on X that Israel would attack within hours. That was certainly a signal by the Trump administration to the Iranian leadership, making sure they were aware of Israel’s intentions.

Yet, Iranian generals appeared to be going to bed with their families, their wives, and children – to make sure they all get killed? To make sure that the military leadership of Iran is eliminated? What soldier sleeps at home during wartime knowing that the enemy will try to kill him? Can anyone even imagine that America’s CENTCOM leadership would be harmed in a non-nuclear attack, let alone their families? Watching the arrogance and incompetence displayed by those much too public Iranian generals is painful, unbearable. Hossein Salami, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, loved nothing more than jumping in front of a microphone to feed his immaturity with boasting words and threats. How treasonous of any high-ranking military officer to care more about public appearances in front of microphones, trying to compensate through words rather than actually doing their job.

We will learn more and more about what happened today and what is still going to happen. One thing is already clear – Iranian generals betrayed their country and their families, did not act like responsible men and officers, but like extras in a Bollywood movie. A shameful display of arrogance and incompetence. If their words were as treasonous as their actions, the world will be surprised how their arrogance and incompetence will destroy Iran. Since, Iran tries to stabilize the situation following that treasonous act by its military leadership. News report of a large number of senior nuclear scientists that have been killed. Taking them out in all reality will not change anything – they all were at an age where they established a solid line of successors who have already been molded over decades and ran the day to day operations of whatever they were doing. Their removal by Israel only changes the face in the same chair.

Donald Trump, as usual, tries to turn the attention to himself, trying to position himself as the mastermind behind the attack, as part of his Iran-negotiations scheme, with Israel acting at his discretion. Doing so will not serve the interest of the United States well but the interests of the United States are nothing Donald Trump ever cares about. His sole focus is always exclusively on himself.
