The United Nations is dead. Long live the united nations?

(TBA News) – Today, Washington officially left the United Nations Human Rights Council. Discontinuing UNRWA and soon UNESCO are not a surprise either. What does that mean?

It means, that a clear statement has been made that Washington is not interested in advancing international institutions and that Washington has no relationship to international law. If such a government is able to respect the Constitution of the United States is for Americans to decide and to live through. For the world, today was a day of much needed clarity.

Now, after clearly turning its back on the spirit of the United Nations, why does the United States remain a member? The answer to that question can be found in Article 27 of the United Nations Charter that establishes the veto power of the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council. In short, by remaining a member of the United Nations, even though it has persistently violated most principles of the United Nations Charter, Washington can effectively sabotage the United Nations in order to serve everyone who, together with Washington, is not interested in human rights and international consensus.

International consensus is the core of a multilateral world and the enemy of an imperial rule.

Because no member of the United Nations can be expelled for persistently violating the principles of the United Nations Charter without approval of all permanent members, it is impossible for the United Nations as we know it to expell the United States. Even the General Assembly can not change that.

As the United States in today’s United Nations could commit one genocide after the next one, could commit ethnic clinsing, mass murders, and occupations at will, officially distance itself in writing from all chapters of the United Nations, the world community represented by the United Nations has no avenue to stop the United States from sabotaging the united nations, who came together in the United Nations.

There is only one way out: re-establishment of the United Nations as a new organization without the United States being invited as a member.

As unbelievable as it sounds, nothing coming from Washington these days gives us a reason to assume that that is not the unavoidable future of the United Nations. The funding cuts that are currently floated by the administration would be the trigger needed to move the United Nations’ headquarter out of New York into a country that supports human rights and international consensus – under the framework of a new organization of united nations. Meaning, Washington’s current actions on all levels are taking the shape of a blessing for the international community – a community without a lawless, imperial minded Washington, and its like-minded allies.

Once expelled from the international community, Americans have the chance to heal and rebuild Washington for a prosperous future for all. Being expelled from the international community is the intervention needed by a Washington that is addicted to power and corruption.

What if this reestablishment of the United Nations does not take place? Well, in that case the United Nations will soon die, going through the very public pain of watching Washington sabotage the united nations even further, what will only increase Washington’s isolation, until the United Nations collapses in shame when BRICS starts adopting the core articles of the U.N. Charter.
