(Al Quds News Network) – On Sunday, the Israeli military announced the launch of a new operation in the town of Tammoun.

Earlier today, Israeli occupation forces closed the main road connecting the town to the village of Atouf, south of Tubas, using dirt berms.

Local sources reported that Israeli bulldozers erected the earth mounds across the road, significantly hindering residents’ ability to travel and access vital work locations in the area. The closure of this crucial route has created further obstacles for local residents trying to go about their daily activities.

Hundreds of Israeli soldiers, along with dozens of military vehicles and heavy bulldozers, are reportedly involved in the assault, with numerous checkpoints set up and significant disruption to local movement.

The military has forced several families to flee their homes in the town.
